Once the customer clicks on the appropriate product model, a new window is displayed with a general diagram of the product (photos, AutoCAD drawings, Bitmap graphics, or 3D Solid Works images may be used).  Spare parts are clearly designated by numbers.  Rolling the computer mouse over any of the numbers causes a  "description label" of that spare part to automatically pop up on the screen.  Clicking on any of the numbers activates another window with even greater detail of the spare part...
